This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between KartX, a registered entity ("Company," "we," "us"), and any individual or entity ("Customer," "you," "user") accessing, purchasing, or utilizing digital products, including but not limited to blueprints, 3D models, step-by-step guides, instructional materials, CAD files, schematics, and related documentation (collectively, "Digital Products") offered via kartx.shop .

By accessing, browsing, downloading, purchasing, or using any Digital Products, you: (i) Acknowledge you have read, comprehended, and agree to be bound by this Agreement; (ii) Warrant you possess legal authority to bind any entity you represent; IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PROVISION, IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE PLATFORM AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

• "Digital Products": Blueprints, 3D models, guides, diagrams, text, images, videos, software files.
• "License": Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Digital Products per Section 6.
• "User Content": Materials uploaded/submitted by users to the Platform.
• "Effective Date": Date of first purchase/download.

3.1. You are solely responsible for: Maintaining password confidentiality; All activities under your account;

4.1. All Digital Products are provided "as described" on the Platform. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, variations may occur.

4.3. Digital Products are delivered electronically via download link or email post-payment. You bear responsibility for download completion.

5.1. Prices are listed in dollars and exclude applicable taxes. You pay all transaction fees.

5.2. Payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Company disclaims liability for gateway errors.

5.3. No Refunds: All sales are final due to the intangible nature of Digital Products. Chargebacks will result in immediate license revocation and account termination.

6.1. Company retains exclusive ownership of all Digital Products, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and design rights.

7.1. Explicit Prohibitions: You MAY NOT: Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense Digital Products; Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works; Use designs for commercial manufacturing, rental, or resale;

8.1. Assumption of Risk: Digital Products provide instructional guidance only; You assume all risks associated with go-kart construction, operation, and safety; Company disclaims liability for injury, property damage, or regulatory violations.

8.2. Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws regarding go-kart operation (e.g., safety standards, noise regulations, age restrictions).

9.1. "As Is" Basis: Digital Products are provided "AS AVAILABLE," "WITH ALL FAULTS." Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including:
